Byron Bay, NSW

From the bland, almost English-like beachtowns, our journey took us to sizzling Byron Bay, one of the coolest places along Australia's East Coast. This is the place where it's hip and happening people. Surf's up and beautiful beaches including the Australian continent's most easterly point. Definitely a place worth visiting, but book accomodation on time so you don't end up in Mullumbimby like we did (although Mullumbimbians are nice people). Cowabunga, dudes and dudettes!
