From the craze and glamour(?) of Beverly Hills and Hollywood, we decided to make a detour to Downtown LA before heading to the beaches of Venice Beach and Santa Monica. And guess what, it ain't all that pretty. It's a side of the city you'd rather not see as you realize that also a lot of people having nothing in the States. The picture speaks for itself. It makes our day-to-day-worries seem small and we should be more content with what we've got. Amen ;-)

Downtown LA
